They were abducted together with their father Yarden (34). Yesterday, IDF Spokesperson Brig. Gen. Daniel Hagari referred to the fact that the family is being held by non-Hamas factions in Khan Yunis, saying that "the responsibility lies with Hamas. All international organizations must exert all their weight and demand access to them."
Hundreds of people came to the Abductees Square in the museum plaza to show support for the Bibas family, whose parents Shiri and Yarden and children Ariel, 4, and Kfir, 10 months, are abducted in Gaza. Those present arrived with orange balloons.

Ofri also said that the family members are happy for the other relatives who have been released so far and welcome the release of each and every one of the abductees. She then thanked US President Joe Biden, the Emir of Qatar and the President of Egypt and asked them to intervene and pressure Hamas to release the children.
