The Registrar of Insolvency at the Execution Office in Tel Aviv, Yaniv Dayan, ordered an interest reduction of NIS 880,17 for the debtor against whom <> execution cases were conducted.
"The situation of the debtor and her family members living in the city of Ashkelon in the Amigur apartment, without a safe room or shelter, and as is well known, the city of Ashkelon suffers from multiple missile attacks, can also be seen as an additional reason for reducing the interest rates in the case," the Registrar wrote in his decision, stating that the debtor will continue to pay a monthly payment of NIS 24 for a period of 250 months.

After the debtor complies with the settlement, all the individual execution files will be closed and the consolidation file will be closed, the declaration and the restrictions imposed by virtue of it will be canceled.
A consolidation case was established against the debtor in 1997 for all debts. Most of the debt files are old, with the files for the debtor's main debts opened between 1990 and 1988. The debtor has 17 cases in which the total debt at the opening (including payment of fees and rent) is NIS 95,144. The original total debt is NIS 84,632. The debtor has paid tens of thousands of shekels to date. Today's debt, which includes interest, totals NIS 892,489.

The decision noted that the debtor, 60 years old, is a housewife, recognized as disabled by the National Insurance Institute and subsists on a disability pension. The debtor's husband is also recognized as disabled and has a degree of incapacity of 75% and lives on a disability pension and minimum wage. One of their daughters is recognized as disabled and receives a disability pension.
In his decision, the Registrar emphasized that the winners are all connected to the discussion on computer communications, and that when they chose not to appear, he sees them as having left the decision to his discretion.
