Unique Farmers Fair at BeerBazaar Brewery

Since the beginning of the war, Beer Bazaar Brewery, in cooperation with Leket Israel, has been holding a voluntary agricultural fair at the brewery's new visitor center in Kfar Daniel every Friday from 10:00 to 14:00. About half of the produce at the fair comes from the area surrounding the Gaza Strip. "The project is designed to generate maximum income for farmers at minimum cost and zero tinkering," the project managers explain.

The event is run by volunteers and the brewery yard also hosts an artisans fair and businesses affected by the war, food tracks and free tours of the brewery. Among the participating farms are: Alon Family, Ofek Farm, Dollinger Farm, Leaves on the Hill, Gal On Honey, Feldman Farm, Nahum Farm and many more.

In order to help the farmers in the envelope, the owner of Beerbazaar, Lior Weiss, decided to quickly convert the new brewery into an agricultural market. The refrigeration rooms were used to store produce, the forklifts moved to transport vegetable pallets instead of beer pallets, and the visitor center was also converted for the sales fair. The brewery's trucks collect the produce from the fields for free, and each farmer is assigned a volunteer who keeps in touch with him and operates the stall for him in the Friday market. The money from sales goes directly to farmers at no cost or brokerage gaps.

The pizza from the envelope is hosted in Chotzot Shefayim

Food Track The Neapolitan pizza "Pizza Home", which has become a household name among the communities near the Gaza Strip, comes to stay at the Hutzot Shefayim complex. After being evicted from their home on the Egyptian border, Ariel and Lee Sharabi return to do what they know how to do best, quality Neapolitan pizzas made of fine dough, and surprising toppings.

Like many businesses in the south, this couple's activity was halted due to the war and now the "Hutzot Shefayim" complex hosts them in its well-known food truck complex, which also includes fish and chips, smoked meat, Druze food, a ri-bar and more. Among the pizzas you can enjoy, for example, earth pizza with garlic butter, mushrooms, red onions, mozzarella, basil - 48 NIS or green and artichoke - cream sauce with pesto, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, artichokes - 58 NIS

Pizza Home is hosted at the Hutzot Shefayim complex on Friday, December 1, between 10:30-15:00

Castel Winery, located in Yad Hashmona near Jerusalem, will host the Galilee Mountains Winery on Friday, December 1, which is currently closed to visitors due to its proximity to the Lebanese border. As part of the event, starting at 10:00 am in a winter and enveloping atmosphere, the wineries will hold exceptional tasting trails that combine the variety of wines from both. Alongside these you will be able to enjoy the famous and pampering food track dishes of Itiela Hyatt, winner of Master Chef.

Soups at the Inbal Hotel

Prepare the spoons: With the arrival of cold and rainy days and the strong desire for comforting and warming food, the Inbal Jerusalem Hotel decided to open the place for a winter of soups.
At the event, you will find a range of dozens of soups, including classics such as onions in wine and minestrone, Asian combinations such as Asian pumpkin with ginger and coconut milk, or African peanut soup with rice and paprika. All soups are based on local agricultural produce, with an emphasis on agriculture from the surrounding communities - potatoes from Kibbutz Magen, sweet potatoes from garden fruit, tomatoes from Moshav Mivtachim alongside sherry menir with lettuce and vegetables from Kibbutz Zikim.

Winter soups take place from November 27 until the end of March, Sunday-Thursday, in the format of unlimited self-serving, at a price of NIS 87 per person. The hotel is currently hosting guests evacuated from communities along the conflict line in the north, residents of the envelope and solidarity delegations coming from around the world to express support for Israel at this time.

The meal is kosher and conducted in an all-you-can-eat style and self-service.
