"Since the beginning of the war, I have set three goals – eliminating Hamas, returning all our abductees and ensuring that Gaza will never again be a threat to Israel. These three goals remain the same," Netanyahu said at the start of his remarks.
Prime Minister Netanyahu continued: "In the past week we have achieved a very great achievement - the return of many dozens of our abductees. A week ago it would have sounded imaginary, but we achieved it. But in recent days I have been hearing a question: After this stage of returning our abductees has been exhausted, will Israel return to fighting? So my answer is unequivocally yes."
"There's no way we're not going back to fighting to the end. This is my policy, the entire cabinet stands behind it, the entire government stands behind it, the soldiers stand behind it, the people stand behind it - this is exactly what we will do," he concluded.
