Dead and injured in attack in Jerusalem

Almost exactly one year ago, a deadly explosive device exploded at a Jerusalem bus stop. Now people are being killed again in the same place.

Tel Aviv - Two Palestinian attackers opened fire on people waiting at a bus stop in Jerusalem on Thursday. Three people were killed, said a spokesman for Israel's Magen David Adom ambulance service. Other people were injured, some seriously.

The two attackers, who arrived at the scene in a vehicle, were shot dead by soldiers and an armed civilian, according to police. They had an assault rifle and a PIstole with them.

According to the information, the incident occurred at the entrance to the city. According to Israeli media reports, the attackers came from the predominantly Arab eastern part of Jerusalem.
