The independents of Utiles, who make up 11 of the 21 deputies of the Liot group in the National Assembly, plan to submit a list to the European elections "in January" with the Notre Europe movement, said a joint statement from the two parties on Thursday 30 November.
Bertrand Pancher, president of Utiles, who also heads the Liot group, and the mayor of Neuilly, Jean-Christophe Fromantin, who heads Notre Europe, "have come together to work together on a European platform," the statement said, stressing that the two parties are "moving towards the European elections" in June.

We are convinced that a central pole bringing together women and men from various political cultures and from all regions of the metropolis and overseas, inspired by humanist values, must emerge in France," he said.
A working group led by Gilles Mentré, elected representative of the 11th arrondissement of Paris, and Olivier Serva, MP for Guadeloupe, will have the "objective of drawing up a list in January". In addition to <> deputies, Utile claims two senators.
