Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's trial will resume Monday after it was halted in September, with testimony from three investigators. The trial was halted due to the recess of the courts and the "Iron Sword" war, at which time all the courts ceased to operate.
The hearings in Case 4000 will continue tomorrow, and will include testimony from police investigators Eran Buchnik Dotan Malihi and Israel Securities Authority investigator Lior Spitz. The judges summoned the representatives of the prosecution and defense in Case 4000 and told them that it would not be possible to prove the offense of bribery in the case, and did not express a position regarding the offense of breach of trust.
