How unusual is the weather? The temperature in Prague will reach minus 16 degrees Celsius tonight, in Berlin the temperature will drop to minus 5 degrees Celsius and in Munich to minus 13 degrees. In Warsaw, the temperature will drop to minus 8 degrees, and in Athens, a destination that has recently become very popular among Israelis, the temperature will drop to minus 7 degrees.
Other cities that are considered attractive among tourists from Israel and will experience extreme weather are Vienna, where the degrees will reach minus 12, and Zurich with minus 11 degrees. According to the forecast, the unusual weather should continue throughout the next few days.
In conversations with Israelis who are in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic, they say that they do not remember a cold wave and such a large amount of snow at the beginning of December, and that usually such weather is sometimes felt only in January and February.
