Sources told the newspaper Al-Arabi Al-Jadid that the Israeli delegation was headed by the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, Major General Ghassan Alyan, and also included a representative from the Mossad. The group arrived in Cairo on Monday on a private plane for a visit that lasted several hours.
