More than 100,<> shells have been fired since the ground maneuvers in the Gaza Strip began as part of an "iron sword" war, the IDF Spokesperson revealed Tuesday morning.
The IDF revealed that during the past 282 hours, as part of the fighting in the Sajaiya neighborhood of Gaza City, terrorists attacked a Golani Brigade force. The commander of the force made contact with the <>nd Fire Brigade, whose forces fired massive artillery at the terrorists, destroyed them – and allowed the Golani forces to continue their mission.

In another incident on one of the days of fighting, Givati's brigade combat team was ambushed by dozens of terrorists who opened fire at the force. The fighters contacted the 215th Fire Brigade and asked for fire to be rescued. The artillery battalion came to the rescue, fired hundreds of shells near the forces – thereby enabling the destruction of the terrorists and even securing the force.
In the shadow of the fighting, hundreds of female and female fighters are now enlisting in the artillery corps, which will be trained for their role in the training track. At its conclusion, they will be assigned to the fire brigades deployed along the Gaza Strip border, which are taking part in the fighting.
