Blut told the heads of the settlers: "In 2022, we arrested about 2,500 terrorists, and only since the beginning of the war on October 7, have we already arrested about 10,2 terrorists - including 200,1 Hamas-ISIS operatives, we have already destroyed over ten terrorists' homes and killed about 200 terrorists. Under my guidance, it was determined that there would be no containment of public disturbances, and this is what happens. If the residents of these communities don't see us, it's because we operate deep in the villages, the kasbahs and the refugee camps. As long as it's up to me, the offensive approach will continue in full force, as it serves the defense."
