Four years later: Today (Wednesday), an indictment was filed on charges of negligent homicide against Yoav Hamosky, who designed and installed the partitions in the "Transparent Garden" event hall in Shfayim, after one of them collapsed and crushed an employee to death. A trial will begin soon.

At the end of August 2019, the hall's employee, Beina Fikada, 41, from Netanya, tried to move one of the separation partitions in the hall along with two other workers. When the partition fell, the other two workers managed to escape, but her unsuccessful commander was crushed to death. He was survived by his wife and child.

The indictment filed in the Netanya Magistrate's Court indicates that the management of the event park approached Chomsky, owner of the "Basdena" company for designing and building metal products, to install five separation partitions in the hall. Although Hosmeki is not certified as an engineer or engineer, he designed and installed the partitions in June 2018, each weighing 248 kg. When problems were discovered with the partition in 2019, he welded the rails to the ceiling.

"The welding was carried out in a manner that does not conform to what is customary under the rules of the welding profession, in terms of length and geometric dimensions, and was performed at points only and not continuously and fully as required," according to the indictment. "Due to the additional failed welding, the upper bearing separated from the upper steel plate and the partition collapsed to the ground on the body of a builder."
