The indictment filed in the Netanya Magistrate's Court indicates that the management of the event park approached Chomsky, owner of the "Basdena" company for designing and building metal products, to install five separation partitions in the hall. When problems were discovered with the partition in 2019, he welded the rails to the ceiling.

"Due to the additional failed welding, the upper bearing separated from the upper steel plate and the partition collapsed to the ground on the body of a builder."
