"Baking doughnuts, instead of frying them, is a way of preparing them that makes them much healthier. It requires less oil, which also makes the donut less fattening," explains clinical dietitian Tamar Yadin, who serves as a consultant to Herbalife.
Yadin notes that mixing white flour with whole wheat flour also adds to the nutritional values of the donut, the dietary fiber we get from it and increases the feeling of satiety after eating it.

- 1 cup white flour, mixed with <>/<> cup whole wheat flour. (You can substitute for any other type of flour: spelt, for example, as long as the amount of flour is only a cup and a half, when we choose the composition we want).
