The Golani Brigade's battle team forces are fighting Hamas terrorists in the area, eliminating dozens of terrorists, locating shafts and rocket launchers, and taking over a number of Hamas terrorist infrastructures.
At the same time, forces from the Kfir Brigade's combat team located a number of RPG launchers, ammunition and other equipment belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization in a civilian residential building. The forces also located a tunnel shaft inside a school in the neighborhood.

The 188th Brigade Combat Team, in cooperation with the Yahalam unit, exposed and destroyed seven shafts in the area, eliminated dozens of terrorists and located a large quantity of ammunition, IEDs and weapons. In addition, the fighters located a tunnel shaft inside a school in the neighborhood, where the fighters encountered the terrorists and engaged in hand-to-hand combat until they were eliminated.
