A Tel Aviv resident who was drinking beer with friends, felt pressured and went to dump his water near the building next to the street bins, the neighbors who were not happy threw eggs at him and then beat and stabbed him.
As a result, an indictment was filed against one of the attackers, 29, and a court extended his detention pending another decision.

It all began about a week ago, when the young man who was attacked was sitting with his two friends drinking alcoholic beverages, at one point he went to the side of the street and dumped his water near the garbage cans in the building where the defendant's family members live. Within a short time, a woman came out at him and began shouting and throwing eggs at him, after which two approached him, one hit him with a plank, and the defendant stabbed him twice in the shoulder behind him and he was transferred to the hospital for treatment by MDA.
Police officers who arrived at the scene arrested the defendant, who claimed during his interrogation that he did not carry out what was attributed to him and that he was the one who was actually attacked by the victim and his friends. The defendant's brother said he saw him with a knife and then pushed him over the victim. He has now been charged with injury. "The circumstances of the commission of the offenses indicate a high danger to the public, when the defendant acted brutally and with boundary-breaking violence, without any prior acquaintance with him and only because of his anger that the victim dumped his water near his family home," the arrest request states.
