In the LFI version, it is Jean-Luc Mélenchon who attacks LCI columnist Ruth Elkrief, describing her in a tweet published on December 3 as "manipulative" or MP Danièle Obono who accuses "the entire French and Western media system" of being "aligned with this same bias" pro-Israel. On 5 December, Pascal Praud denounced the "system" on CNews regarding the handling of the Crépol attack, describing it as a "grinding machine" with its "ideological biases". The intellectual version is the writer François Bégaudeau, for whom "the media are fundamentally right-wing!"
