The UN passed a resolution against Israel demanding an immediate ceasefire, with the support of 10 countries against only <> opposed, including Israel and the United States. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Israel has begun pumping seawater into the tunnels in Gaza. Biden, in response to reports of the tunnels being flooded: "There are assurances that there are no hostages in these tunnels."

24:28: Further to the Wall Street Journal report: CNN reported that Israel informed the Americans about the flow of seawater into Hamas tunnels in a "measured and limited" manner. An American official told CNN.
