At the request of the Americans: A telephone referendum is being held today (Friday) among the ministers of the political-security cabinet to approve the transfer of humanitarian aid through the Kerem Shalem crossing, doubling the trucks from 100 to 200. The reason for the transfer from Kerem Shalom: difficulties in bringing the supplies through Rafah Crossing. A majority is expected in the referendum.
Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Lieberman reacted strongly to the vote. "The shameful vote to open the Kerem Shalom crossing to bring 'humanitarian aid' into the Gaza Strip is moral, political and security bankruptcy. The same crossing where human monsters from Hamas massacred Israeli civilians, and through which for years goods and essential goods were transferred to the Gaza Strip," he said.

He added: "Opening the crossing is just like transferring Qatari money in cash to Yahya Sinwar and the other human monsters of Hamas – it is a continuation of the policy of surrendering to terror and the continuation of the Oslo Accords.I call on government ministers to vote against this shameful vote."
