Diviiino continues to expand to further grow the wine culture. This time, with its new premises located at Montañeses 2585, Belgrano, and in a format that is new for those who already know the brand: a large space and a bistro-style menu with elaborate dishes -but maintaining those characteristic ones- that pair perfectly with an exquisite selection of wines.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Urbánica Suites hotel, next to the bar that also belongs to Diviiino, and is designed as a universe where sharing a wine and a plate of food is an experience that, first of all, enters through the eyes. A large old pink curtain descends from the ceiling halfway up to welcome you to the main living room that together with the furniture -an armchair running along the entire left wall combined with wooden tables and chairs-, plants, flowers and some specially created paintings that make up the super modern space.

The highlight of this opening, however, is focused on another of the five senses: taste. Thus, the new menu allows you to try flavors that challenge the palate, such as a steak eye tartare with béarnaise sauce, roasted sweet potato with guasacaca, mussels with bouillabaisse or steak eye eyebrow with shiitakes juice. For its part, the wine list also seeks to be the protagonist. Made up of more than 70 labels, which make it federal and representative of the different types of production that exist throughout our country, it allows even the most connoisseurs of the drink to enjoy discovering new varietals.
In addition, it includes a selection of 13 wines that are the stars of the menu for those who want bottles of excellent quality and unique notes.
"This opening, without a doubt, marks a turning point in our gastronomic journey with Diviiino. We know the potential of the proposal and the growth that wine is having in Argentina and we wanted to go for more, exploring new flavors and inviting people to be part of an experience that invites them to spend time shared with friends, couples, families and that is not so "just passing through". We are very happy with this new commitment," the brand said.
