Highlights: Fabiola Yáñez made 21 trips to the province of Misiones and the city of Mar del Plata between December 10, 2019 and June 5, 2023. The trips were contemplated by the powers assigned by decrees No. 50/2019 and No. 194/2020 published by the previous administration to regulate the transfer of Alberto Fernández, his entourage and his government team. Some of the trips occurred during the quarantine implemented by the Peronist administration to mitigate the effects of the Covid pandemic.

Alberto Fernández's partner made multiple trips, most of them to the province of Misiones. It was in that province where he spent his adolescence and youth and where he would still have family and friends.

The presidential air fleet that the current government intends to reorganize was the scene of several controversies during the administration of the former Frente de Todos. In addition to the complaints about Cristina Kirchner's recurrent trips to El Calafate, the former first lady, Fabiola Yáñez, also used the official aircraft as a kind of air taxi: until last June she registered at least 21 transfers, most of them to Misiones, where she would have relatives.

Although Yáñez's trips were contemplated by the powers assigned by decrees No. 50/2019 and No. 194/2020 published by the previous administration to regulate the transfer of Alberto Fernández, his entourage and his government team, some of the trips of the former broadcaster occurred during the quarantine implemented by the Peronist administration to mitigate the effects of the Covid pandemic.

According to a request for access to information made by this newspaper, A. Fernández's partner made 21 trips to the province of Misiones and the city of Mar del Plata between December 10, 2019 and June 5, 2023.

According to the list reported by the General Directorate of Logistics, under the General Secretariat of the Presidency, between March 8 and 9, 2020, the then first lady completed the round-trip journey between Aeroparque and Posadas airport; On 11 March he completed the same journey in the day; On June 4 of the same year, he repeated this itinerary.

On July 20, the then first lady chose to spend Friend's Day in missionary land and again used an official aircraft to complete the journey to Posadas on the same day. Meanwhile, on August 3, 2020, he took an official plane at the El Palomar air base to travel to the capital of Misiones; On the 12th of the same month, he again left the military balloon for the capital, but returned to that base on 17 August.

Yáñez completed the same journey again on November 27, 2020, December 2, and December 12 and 14 of the same year. Meanwhile, on January 6 and 11, 2021, he also completed the same journey on the same day. Meanwhile, on March 2 of that year he completed the same crossing again during the same day.

On March 28 of that year, he left for Misiones, this time, from Aeroparque, but landed in both the provincial capital and the tourist city of Puerto Iguazú before returning to the capital during the same day. On 1 April, he completed a similar journey; On May 1 and 31, she departed from the Buenos Aires balloon station to the capital of Misiones, from where she returned to CABA on the same day.

Likewise, on June 23 of that year, Yáñez completed the journey between Aeroparque and Puerto Iguazú and returned the next day to the Capital; On June 26, she departed from the same airport station to Posadas, returning on the same day.

Almost a year later, on June 24, 2022, he again used a unit of the presidential air fleet to travel to Puerto Iguazú from where he returned the same day to Aeroparque. The last reported trip of A. Fernández's partner - the request was made on June 5 and answered at the end of the mandate - accounts for a trip to Mar del Plata on January 5, 2023. That week he coincided with the then president during a break at the presidential residence in Chapadmalal.

However, most of Yáñez's trips aboard the official air fleet were destined for Misiones. It was in that province where he spent his adolescence and youth and where he would still have family and other relatives.
