MINNIE
A new kosher bakery and deli called MINNIE opened a few days ago at the entrance to the Dan Caesarea Resort Hotel with a variety of quality boutique deli products. You will find wines from carefully selected Israeli wineries, quality coffee, sandwiches and fresh salads alongside a variety of desserts, pastries and breads baked daily. The place also offers special HOME products: creams, soaps, ceramic products and more.

Tosha Bakery
Tosha Bakery in Achziv – a café, pastry shop and deli that has become one of the most beloved places in the Western Galilee – has been forced to close its doors for the past two months after most of the surrounding communities were evacuated. Over the past week, it seems that a solution has finally been found in the form of a temporary home for a place in the streets of Nahariya, where a stand of sweet and savory pastries, yeast cakes, buffalo cakes and cookies of the bakery has been established.
Since it doesn't look like the fighting is going to end anytime soon, there are already thoughts of creating joint products of the two places, such as pastries with yogurt and more. 5% of the income of the place, by the way, is donated to IDF soldiers.

Delimark
Delimark is a special chef's deli that opened about a month before the outbreak of an iron sword war in the village compound in Rishon LeZion. Before opening, brothers Adi and Oren Belcher, who had always dreamed of opening a deli, met with Israeli boutique manufacturers and curated local products - from wines to sauces, oils and pastas.
There is also an open kitchen where dishes from different cuisines are cooked every day, and a rotisserie where juicy chickens are roasted. The on-site bakery offers a wide range of fresh sandwiches and cakes.

Delicatessen
Well, the residents of central Tel Aviv don't consider this deli within the city limits, so we decided to mention it too. Ruti Brodo and the entire R2M group decided to come to the Neot Afeka neighborhood in Tel Aviv with the delicious dishes, wonderful pastries, cheeses, spreads, coffee and flowers that Delicatessen has to offer. This is the seventh deli of the group to open since the opening of the legendary first branch on Yehuda Halevi Street in Tel Aviv.

Depending on the style of the neighborhood and demand, Delicatessen Neot Afeka opens with plenty of seating so that an entire
part of the place functions as a café, where alongside the well-known variety of hot drinks and pastries, you can enjoy a small menu of breakfast or brunch based on the deli's products, including avocado toast or salmon bagel.

Gino & Co
You can also come to this café-deli to enjoy breakfast prepared on site with good coffee, fresh pastries or quality sandwiches. At lunchtime, the place offers warm and comforting dishes that you can eat on the spot or home, in the afternoon you can visit it for an end-of-day drink, pick up good bread home, deli salads, wines, or sweets, and in the evening you can sit there for a glass of wine alongside a plate of cheeses or changing tapas.

The place offers a rich pantry with unique products, cakes, cookies, desserts, breads, pastries, bouquets, beautiful dishes and more.
