Components

Half a kilo of potatoes (preferably medium)
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon dried parsley 1 tablespoon garlic
powder 1/5 teaspoon salt <>/
<> teaspoon ground black pepper <>
/<> cup melted and unsalted butter

<>.<> cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation

Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Wash potatoes and cut into halves.
Then take a sharp knife and make cuts of squares in the exposed part (diamond shaped).
Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl, sprinkle them with olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
In another bowl, put the parmesan, add the melted butter and stir until you get a puree that resembles pesto in texture.
Spread the puree evenly on a baking sheet.
Take each of the potatoes, place the exposed half on the parmesan and press lightly. Do it with all the potatoes.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the potato rest for about 10 minutes so that the cheese hardens, then take a spatula and remove the piece from the pan.
Break into pieces and enjoy.
