At the beginning of October, Michal Rand updated her followers on the social network Facebook about the tension in her relationship with her neighbors in the building where she lives with her children. This tension was expressed in a letter left for her in which she insulted her family and asked her to turn off the air conditioners she operates, claiming that they create noise that disturbs rest. On Wednesday, in a new post on her account, she linked the threatening letter written to her more than two months ago to the serious damage to her private car that has now occurred.

"To the family with the retarded and the fat," Rand wrote at the time in a note she posted on her Facebook page in early October. "Stop running the air conditioners day and night. The noise disturbs the whole neighborhood from sleeping. Open the windows or fly back to Bnei Brak. Social Security pays – pigs."
In a post last night, Rand linked the letter in question to the extensive damage caused to her vehicle. Damage she documented in a photo she attached to the post. "Remember that note?" she asked beneath a photo showing the family car with its rear windshield shattered by a pavement brick.
