The search ended on Saturday, December 23. The individual, who has been actively sought by the police since Wednesday, was found in Arras (Pas-de-Calais). "He was arrested in a shelter for the homeless," the public prosecutor of Évry-Courcouronnes told Le Parisien on Sunday.
The man had fled while he had been interned, by order of the court, in a psychiatric centre located in Bures-sur-Yvette (Essonne). He had taken advantage of an authorized exit in the course of the afternoon inside the garden of this medical establishment to flee.
The man is believed to be from northern France
The man is suspected of having, on 23 October, made death threats against several passengers while he was on board a train linking Massy station to Nantes station. The passengers had to be evacuated. "This hospitalization follows his inability to be placed in police custody as noted by a doctor," the Evry prosecutor's office said.

Since then, important research has been launched. His trail was found thanks to CCTV footage. We see the man boarding a train leaving for the north of France. "Apparently, he was from there," it said.
The man was taken into custody and again placed in a psychiatric institute after seeing a doctor. He was placed in a facility in the department, under close supervision.
