Ahead of Nasrallah's speech on Wednesday: Hezbollah Deputy Secretary-General Naim Qassem spoke earlier this week about the northern front in the war. According to Qassem, there are still delegations from Western countries clarifying whether Hezbollah intends to expand the fighting or not, and whether Hezbollah will remain in southern Lebanon near the border or if there will be a limited solution.
"Stop the war in Gaza"
A senior Hezbollah official said that "the aggression against Gaza must be stopped first and foremost. The war in the south is a consequence of the aggression against Gaza. Its continuation is linked to the continuation of Israeli aggression. If Israel expands its aggression, then we will take revenge. The Israeli, American or any country threats will not affect us."
These threats come as fighting in the northern sector continues. Hezbollah officially announced that at least 126 terrorists from its ranks had been killed in southern Lebanon.

During the night and in the morning, Israeli Air Force fighter jets attacked a number of Hezbollah targets in Lebanon. As part of the attack, Hezbollah's military buildings, terrorist infrastructure and operational infrastructure were attacked.
Subsequently, an Israeli drone reportedly attacked a residential building in the village of Ita a-Shaab in southern Lebanon. Since the beginning of the war, more than 120 terrorist squads have been attacked in Lebanon and tens of thousands of Lebanese have evacuated north.

At the same time, Hezbollah threatened that when they started moving, all fronts of the pro-Iranian axis would move with them, referring to the Shiite militias in Syria and Lebanon. "If Israel goes to war on Lebanon, then the entire resistance fleet will operate at once," said one of the Lebanese sheikhs affiliated with the terror group.

According to Lebanese media, Hezbollah "conveyed more than one message about its readiness for escalation. The attempted attack on the Karish gas platform may have been the clear message for this." Sources said this message was similar to the three drones Hezbollah launched before negotiations over the maritime border about a year ago.
Over the weekend, the Shiite militias in Iraq claimed responsibility for the attempted attack with a drone against the Karish rig. One possibility is that Hezbollah hid behind the militias that claimed responsibility. Other possibilities are that these militias launched the UAVs from Syrian territory or from Lebanon itself.
