MK Yuli Edelstein has stinged former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett after he revealed in a personal column in the Wall Street Journal that during his tenure Israel attacked a drone base in Iran, and even hinted that Israel was responsible for the assassination of senior IRGC official Hassan Hodai in Tehran.

"There are those who enlist for the state, and there are those who enlist the state for them," Edelstein wrote, adding verses from the Book of Proverbs: "As a subterfuge, thou shalt make war for thee, and thou shalt shua bar'ab yo'tz, zram'ot l'u'il ha'kam'ut b'ish'er l'a Yiftah-f'yahweh, hamash'ab to har'a l'a'u'a, a dear husband."
