Three people were moderately and lightly injured Monday evening after shots were fired inside a bus on Yehuda Hanasi Street in Elad. This was apparently due to the ejection of a bullet carried out by a 50-year-old member of the community's alert squad who was arrested.

An MDA team that arrived at the scene evacuated the wounded to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva, two men aged 53 and 47 who were shot in the limbs and in moderate condition, as well as another wounded man who was wounded by a splash and whose condition is defined as light
