The Justice of Dolores issued this Thursday the preventive detention for 45 days for the two teenagers arrested by the investigation for the crime of Tomás Tello, killed by a gang in the Buenos Aires resort of Santa Teresita during the New Year's celebrations.
Meanwhile, one of the young men asked to testify and, in addition to giving an exculpatory version, recognized in the images of the attack the main accused, Damián "el Kope" Kopelián, and his father, judicial sources reported.
On the other hand, it was arranged for next Monday to hold a press conference for the recognition of prisoners in which both minors will participate.
The young men, aged 16 and 17, had been placed in charge of the juvenile responsibility jurisdiction, in the hands of prosecutor Mónica Ferré, and Judge María Fernanda Hachmann.
