A dispute between teenagers led to the shooting and serious injury of a 15-year-old boy in Tel Aviv. Police officers from the neighborhood station managed to arrest the suspect - a 16-year-old boy, against whom an indictment will be filed in the coming days, as well as a request for detention until the end of the proceedings.
A few weeks ago, a report was received about a shooting incident in Tel Aviv, in which a 15-year-old boy was wounded and evacuated in serious condition for medical treatment at Ichilov Medical Center. Police officers from the Neighborhood Station managed to identify the shooter and arrested a suspect, a 16-year-old resident of Tel Aviv, who was brought to the station for interrogation. The investigation, conducted by the youth division at a neighborhood station, revealed that the day before, all those involved were connected to another fight in the area, in which one of the people involved was also stabbed.
As stated, as the investigation progressed and the evidentiary infrastructure against the suspect strengthened, his detention was extended from time to time, and yesterday (Wednesday) a prosecutor's statement was submitted ahead of the indictment and the request for remand until the end of the proceedings by the State Prosecutor's Office.
