Geretsried – Since Monday, January 1 at 4:40 a.m., Geretsried has had one more little citizen: As the first child in the new year, Luzie Willacker saw the light of day in the Wolfratshausen district hospital. Finally, the parents-to-be reached their destination. "A good two and a half hours later, our Luzie was there, weighing 3090 grams and 52 centimeters tall."

Willacker laughs when she thinks about her daughters' reaction to the birth of their new sister. "They actually wanted a brother so that dad wouldn't be so alone – but when they saw Luzie, they said that they had always wanted a girl." Sh
