Cristobal Perez, 31, and Kylee Au Young, 21, were arrested Thursday, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department announced.
Police Lt. Jason Johansson said the shooting was part of "a targeted attack" after Perez got into a dispute with a family member in the area, NBC News affiliate KSNV reported in Las Vegas. Authorities did not provide further details.
