Selena Gomez and Timothée Chalamet put an end to the nasty rumors: There is no conflict, nor has there been, between Gomez and Chalamet's girlfriend Kylie Jenner.
Rumors of a feud between the active star and the privileged celebrity-model-entrepreneur surfaced following a video filmed at the Golden Globe Awards last Sunday, in which Gomez and bestie Taylor Swift were seen whispering as if there was no tomorrow. Needless to say, the video in question created a storm in a Hollywood swamp.

It was believed that Selena was dirty in the video about Kylie and Timothy. "He didn't want to take a picture with me, he said 'no!'" Gomez allegedly said in a video that went viral, when Kelly Sperry, Swift's friend who was also crammed into the frame in the formative conversation, asked in amazement, "Timothy?" Selena nodded in response and Taylor looked completely shocked.

Because of this, the good gossiping souls around the web believed that Jenner, for one jealous/possessive/image reason or another, did not allow her rambunctious boyfriend to be photographed with Gomez. Yesterday (Tuesday), Gomez broke the obviously wrong conception when she responded to an Instagram post by the ! E and wrote: "Laaaa I told Taylor about two friends of mine who were making out. Not that it's anyone's business," she clarified.

Chalamet himself was also quick to pour water on the flames, telling TMZ that there was not a shred of truth in the rumor. Not even a pinch. When the actor was asked if Kylie and Selena's relationship was normal, he replied "Of course" without even blinking.
