This is not the first time that revellers have invaded Juigné-des-Moutiers, the smallest town in Loire-Atlantique. This weekend, 400 people again participated in a free party in a private wood of this village located on the border with Maine-et-Loire, learned Le Figaro, confirming information from France Bleu Loire Océan. The owner, who does not live on the premises, filed a complaint after damage to a barrier and the intrusion of unknown persons, probably from various locations.
The gendarmes intervened on Saturday evening and issued fines for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, lack of technical inspection and insurance, driving prohibited on a forest road, and nocturnal noise. A vehicle was also impounded. The sound was finally cut off at lunchtime on Sunday and the site was vacated in the afternoon.

An investigation has been opened at the Châteaubriant gendarmerie, as is customary for an event of this type. In this case, the organizers are sought. As of Monday morning, no arrests had been made.
"It's not the first time, unfortunately. It's been more than a year and a half since we've had one," says the mayor of the 330 inhabitants of the town, which is two-thirds forested, about this clandestine festive gathering. "The owner of the forest had made sure to seal off the accesses to his site and there, obviously, they broke the accesses to go there," said the mayor Brigitte Maison, according to the echoes that were reported to her. In the past, the sound of the music had already spread to the neighbouring town, disturbing the stay of tourists staying in nearby cottages.
