The former national deputy for Neuquén Francisco Sánchez, one of the Bullrichist referents in what was the Together for Change (JxC) bloc, will be the new secretary of Worship, a very sensitive space of power within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship.
According to Clarín, the position was formally offered to him on Monday by Foreign Minister Diana Mondino before traveling to Davos with President Javier Milei. The delegation will leave this Monday for Switzerland to participate in the emblematic world economic forum that is held year after year in the luxurious Alpine center.
Sánchez became known in the midst of a controversy because he had presented a bill on the death penalty and in particular wanted to apply it with Cristina Kirchner. He later recanted.
Between the first and second rounds of elections in which Milei beat his now Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, he said "without any conditions or speculation" about the presidential candidacy of Javier Milei, of La Libertad Avanza (LLA).
The Secretariat of Worship has recently been the subject of all kinds of speculation because the Vatican and the various faiths demanded that an authority be appointed soon by the Chancellery.
Sanchez denied on Saturday that he was going to occupy that position to his intimates, but he already knew that they wanted him for that position.
