He has not been seen since. An appeal for witnesses has been launched.
Basil has short brown hair, blue eyes, and an earring over his left ear. He wears black pants, Dr. Martens shoes, and a green and blue Quicksilver jacket as well as a purple hoodie and Spiderman beanie. He no longer has his mobile phone, which he would have left behind at the Iboat. According to one of his friends, Simon, "he may have been spotted in the docks area until 6:30 a.m., accompanied by two girls helping him."
