Complicity in corruption for an act contrary to official duties, trafficking in illicit influence and disturbed freedom of enchantment: this is what the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office charges, for various reasons, to eleven suspects, including politicians, local administrators and entrepreneurs to whom the Guardia di Finanza and the State Police have notified as many precautionary measures.
The measures were issued by the investigating judge of Naples at the request of the Neapolitan investigative office.
Nicola Oddati, at the time of the events a member of the National Directorate of the Democratic Party and currently director of the Campania Region, and the former mayor of Pozzuoli (Naples) Vincenzo Figliolia, already involved in another similar investigation, are among the people arrested by the soldiers of the Economic-Financial Police Unit of the Guardia di Finanza and by the policemen of the Flying Squad of Naples. Eleven precautionary measures were issued.
