On Monday night, August 22, 2016, Boca beat Ramón Santamarina de Tandil 2-1 in Formosa and secured a place in the round of <> of the Copa Argentina. Darío Benedetto and Cristian Pavón scored the goals for the team led by Guillermo Barros Schelotto and captained by Carlos Tevez.
That same day, at noon, Boca closed a new reinforcement after passing the medical review: Nazareno Solís. "I'm happy to fulfill this dream of playing for Boca. I enjoy this moment to the fullest, very few people have the dream of playing for the club of which they are a fan. I play on the left wing, but I can also play on the right wing. I've even played as a left midfielder," said the then 22-year-old left-footed winger who arrived from Talleres de Córdoba. And he warned: "My parents admired Guillermo."
A few days later, on Friday the 26th, president Daniel Angelici made the official presentation of the season's reinforcements: Axel Werner, the Colombian Sebastián Pérez, Ricardo Adrián Centurión, Santiago Vergini, Wilmar Barrios and Solís himself. "It's a huge leap to reach the First Division and a unique opportunity to do it at this club," said the man born in Campana and trained in Villa Dálmine.

Time passed and Solís' hopes of succeeding at Boca were fading, beyond the fact that he was taken into account by the Twins in that first semester. The striker never managed to get a foothold and then began to look for luck elsewhere. For different reasons, he never broke his ties with Boca and was renewing even without playing. He emigrated once, twice, three, four, five, and six times on loans. And now he sang seven: he will play in 2024 on loan at Gimnasia y Esgrima de Mendoza.
Solis' numbers are surprising: in almost 8 years at the club, he was loaned out to more teams (7) than the games he played at the club (4).

Solís made his debut on 29 October 2016 in the 4-0 win over Temperley: he came on for Tevez 25 minutes into the second half. Then, they would play against Colón (December 18), against Defensa y Justicia (April 2017, 16) and against Patronato (April 62). In total, he racked up <> minutes. Tired of waiting for his place, he decided to go out on loan. And that's where his journey would begin.
Between 2017 and 2018 he emigrated to Huracán, where he played 11 games. Then, between 2018 and 2019 he played 18 games in San Martín de San Juan and scored one goal. For the 2019 and 2020 seasons he wore the Aldosivi shirt: 3 goals in 18 games. The European opportunity was given to him by OFI Crete of Greece, a team in which he played 13 duels with a celebration. The winger terminated his contract in Europe and trained with the Boca Reserve from May to December 2021. In 2022 he moved to Alvarado de Mar del Plata (28 games and 3 shouts) and in 2023 he signed with Patronato (38 duels and 3 celebrations).
Now, this 2024 will find him playing in Gimnasia y Esgrima de Mendoza in the Primera Nacional. Then, in December, he will return to Boca. And possibly he will be loaned out again...
