Air France-KLM and CMA CGM will end their partnership concluded less than two years ago in the cargo sector, even if the shipowner remains for the moment shareholder of the airline group, announced Tuesday the two companies.
However, CMA CGM will be able to divest itself of the 9% of Air France-KLM's capital it holds sooner than expected next year, the companies said in statements, citing "a constrained regulatory environment in some important markets (which) did not allow cooperation to function optimally".
