Pango is launching a new service in which you can register and pay for trips on Route 6. Highway 6 will be the third toll road in Israel where payment can be made through the app, when it is added to the highway in Tel Aviv and Highway 6 crosses north.
The company also said that registration for the service will be done free of charge, at the click of a button in the app in the personal area, and the concentrated invoice for usage throughout the month will be sent directly to the customer. Fares on Route 6 are the same as subscription rates on the toll road. Payment for road use is made only at the end of the actual trips recorded according to the vehicle number identification cameras, so drivers who have not made trips will not pay at all.
Yonatan Alon, CEO of Pango: "We are happy to make payment on Highway 6 accessible to road users in Israel and enable them to save valuable time and unnecessary expenses. In the coming years, additional toll roads will be opened in Israel and we always strive to be the preferred payment app for those roads. Pango will continue to offer each and every one of its customers diverse and convenient solutions that make the transportation journey simpler and easier."
