A 48-year-old resident of Kiryat Ono was arrested on suspicion of invasion of privacy and indecent assault in the women's toilets in the ZIM compound in Ganei Tikva on three different occasions. On Tuesday, an indictment was filed against him and a request for remand until the end of the proceedings.
Mesovim Station investigators opened an investigation last December, after receiving a complaint about a suspect who had been seen in a women's restroom at the Zim compound in Ganei Tikva. Meanwhile, about a week ago, a report was received about a suspect who had been caught in the women's bathroom. The officers quickly arrived at the scene, arrested the suspect and he was taken for interrogation.

Security camera footage shows the suspect fleeing the women's restroom. The investigation revealed that the suspect was seen on three separate occasions in December and January, when he entered the women's restroom at the Zim compound in Ganei Tikva. He allegedly entered there deliberately, peering into nearby cells where women were staying, and then ran to the vendors' elevators at the complex.
The suspect's detention has been extended until today, when he will be charged with invasion of privacy and indecent assault.
