Philadelphia Eagles star center Jason Kelce has announced to teammates that he is retiring after 13 seasons in the NFL, ESPN reported Tuesday morning.

Jason Kelce, 36 and a five-time All-Pro, declined to speak to reporters after the Eagles' 32-9 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday, but Eagles tackle Lane Johnson said Kelce hinted to his teammates that this would be his final season, ESPN reported.

"I like it very much. He's one of the best players of all time," Johnson said. The things he can do on the football field athletically – I don't think we'll see another like him for a long time.
