By hanging photos of artists in the brand-new offices of her family business, she wanted to encourage exchanges between employees and their curiosity, explains Aurélie Gobinet Gmuender, president of the Partnaire group. This temporary work and recruitment agency, historically located in Orléans (Loiret), moved in the spring of 2023 into a building built a few kilometers away, in the town of Olivet, served by the tramway.

"For the layout of our new offices, I made eco-responsible choices, and I thought it was a shame to acquire photos only to have to change them shortly after," she explains. We therefore preferred this solution for renting works of art, in order to be able to develop our headquarters. To inspire her employees, she called on Bail Art, a specialist in leasing and renting works of art.
