Only one out of five stars was given by a customer on Google for the pizzeria “Le Vignole” in Sant'Angelo Lodigiano.

But the reason wasn't the food.

Sant'Angelo Lodigiano – The man Giovanna Pedretti had already noticed negatively in the restaurant.

His annoyed look at the boy in the wheelchair did not go unnoticed, Pedretti later wrote on Facebook when she made the case public on her restaurant's website.

But the man gave off more than just annoyed looks.

After visiting the pizzeria, he left a review on Google - full of hate speech.

And what was there for the pizzeria “Le Vignole”?

Just one star.

Unlike these pizza crimes, it wasn't because of the food, the customer assures in the comment that Giovanna Pedretti also published.

According to the dissatisfied customer, this was excellent.

But he still doesn't want to come back.

One customer gave Giovanna Pedretti's restaurant just one star on Google.

But the boss is more shocked by his comment than by the bad rating.

The reason: He didn't feel well.

“They sat me down next to gay people to eat, I didn't notice it straight away because they were composed, and I felt sorry for a guy in a wheelchair who was having a hard time eating, but I didn't feel comfortable.” This reveals the guest to be anti-disabled and homophobic, even in this day and age.

There are probably much more compelling reasons not to come anymore.

Disinvited forever: Restaurant operator asks customers not to come to the pizzeria anymore

As the Italian daily

Corriere della Sera

reports, the comment shocked Giovanna Pedretti.

Restaurant operator Giovanna Pedretti responds to the man and dismisses his words as unacceptable.

This world simply needs more humanity, she writes.

Pedretti says she thought about it for a long time, but finally posted the review, along with her response, on Facebook.

In her comment she points out to the man that as a restaurant they also place certain demands on their customers.

She and her husband, with whom they run “Le Vignole”, demand that guests be polite and respectful of everyone.

Anyone who uses such contemptuous words towards the other guests and also gives annoyed looks to people who are just there and eating certainly does not meet these requirements.

Finally, Pedretti asks the man not to come to the pizzeria anymore.

Then the unfriendly customer will probably have to make his own pizza in the future.

Background: Restaurant operator also wants to protect a special initiative in her pizzeria

Especially in light of the fact that the pizzeria “Le Vignole” has launched a special initiative, Pedretti does not want to tolerate her customers having to expose themselves to contemptuous looks from anyone.

The “suspended pizza” has been around for some time and last year alone made it possible to distribute more than 200 vouchers to the children and families of the “Parents of Friends of the Disabled” association and the “Il Maggiolino” group.
