The Buenos Aires actor, director, teacher and former legislator, Héctor "Cacho" Bidonde, who participated in films such as "The Night of the Pencils", "There will be no more sorrows or forgetting" and "Puan" and iconic series such as "Nosotros y los fears" and "Men in conflict", died this Friday the 19th, at the age of 86, reported the Argentine Association of Actors.
Born on March 2, 1937, in La Plata, his acting career began while he was working as a turner and auditioned for the play "Amarretes" by Carlos Cabral.
Later, he studied at the Provincial Conservatory of Dramatic Art, with Agustín Alezzo and Augusto Fernandes.
His intense theatrical work includes titles such as "Hamlet", "Drácula", "El gran deschave" and "Corrupción en el Palacio de Justicia", while in cinema he stood out in more than 30 films, including "Puan", " Me baby, me princess", "The Night of the Pencils" and "Contragolpe".
His television work includes iconic shows such as "Gasoleros", "Los simuladores", "La Banda del Golden Rocket" and "Zona de danger".
In addition to his work as a teacher, he was a legislator of the City of Buenos Aires for the Self-Determination and Freedom party, then he joined the Southern Bloc and was a candidate for head of the City Government and national senator for the Socialist Workers Movement. (MST)- New Left.
