Serious allegations against a hotel tenant in Inzell: He is said to have defrauded the job center and exploited Ukrainian refugees.
The 41-year-old and his 28-year-old accomplice have now been arrested in a major operation.

In order to enrich himself with the authorities' money, the 41-year-old, who is himself a Ukrainian citizen, herded the refugees together.
According to the public prosecutor's office, several Ukrainians were accommodated in one room.
But they had each signed their own rental agreement for their own room.
A family of five also had to share a room.
The tenant billed the authorities several times for each rented room.
28-year-old accomplice as “right-hand man”: She is said to have put pressure on the refugees
According to the investigation, his 28-year-old accomplice plays a key role.
She is said to have been something like the 41-year-old's “right hand”.
The 28-year-old is said to have put the refugees under pressure and drove them straight to the job center so that they could submit the rental contracts as quickly as possible.
The suspect is presumed innocent until convicted.

According to investigations by the public prosecutor's office, 123 people were registered with the address of the hotel.
The hotel business continued on the side.
The authorities were in the dark for a long time because the fraud case was difficult for the job center to identify.
In December last year, the public prosecutor discovered the inconsistencies.

Search warrant for hotel in Inzell: large-scale police operation
In a spectacular large-scale operation, the police arrested the suspects on January 11th.
The officers went to the hotel in Inzell in the early hours of the morning with a few dozen emergency services.
Two public prosecutors also got their own picture of the crime scene.
