Orliénas, this Rhône town of 2,600 inhabitants that looks like a village 17 kilometers from Lyon, didn't ask for that much.
This Saturday at lunchtime, a few gendarmes surround the town while the curious flock near the municipal hall where the mayor is preparing to send his wishes.
