The snow is there in North Rhine-Westphalia - which leaves many fans with the question: Where can I go sledding?
24RHEIN with an overview of the toboggan runs.
Cologne - In North Rhine-Westphalia the snowstorm really hit on Wednesday (January 17th) - everywhere it is still white even the day after the big snowfall.
For many people that means unpacking the sled and getting out into the fresh air.
There are numerous toboggan runs in North Rhine-Westphalia.
In addition to the Bergisches Land and the Eifel, there are also slopes in the Ruhr area and Rhineland.
Depending on the weather, it is possible to toboggan in different places - provided there is enough snow.

Of course, Sauerland in particular has ski and toboggan runs to offer.
One of the most famous ski areas is Olpe-Fahlenscheid - visitors can also go tobogganing there.
The ski area can be reached from both the A45 and the A4 Olpe exit.
A special feature: Visitors do not have to pull their sleigh up the mountain themselves, but can have it brought up by the so-called magic carpet.
There are also two toboggan runs in Brilon, right next to the ski slope: at Poppenberg and in the Bürgerwald in Petersborn.
