Elineam Hirschhorn, an emergency medicine medic at the MDA, who was present at the scene of the incident, said: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw the injured man lying unconscious, without a pulse and without regular breathing as he suffered from a severe head injury.
We immediately started performing resuscitation operations that included massages and resuscitations, at the end of which we had to determine his death."
