Masovim police officers arrested today (Monday) a nursing brother in the department for the mentally ill in the sheltered housing of the "Mish'an" chain in Ramat Afel, on suspicion of adding a laxative to patients' drinks without a doctor's approval.

Yesterday, the "Mish'an" network reported to the Ministry of Health about suspected poisoning, after several residents of the Mossad branch suffered from stomach pains and diarrhea - and needed medical treatment.

The suspected brother, a 60-year-old resident of Mailia in the Upper Galilee, was suspended yesterday by the "Mish'an" network and today he was arrested and taken for questioning, at the end of which he was imprisoned, wow!

It was learned that this is a long-time employee of the institution.

The police investigation revealed that the background to the incident was criminal.

Tomorrow the suspect will be brought to a hearing at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court to discuss the extension of his detention.

The management of "Mish'an" stated that the residents of the institution who suffered from the symptoms are in good health.
