David Gale, actor of "Beverly Hills 90210" and the soap opera "Fort Charles", has died at the age of 58, his sister has confirmed.
The circumstances of his death and the date of his death have not yet been revealed.
"There was hardly a day in my life when you weren't by my side, always my co-pilot, my best friend, always ready to face everything and everyone with me," his sister Katie Colmenars paid tribute to him in a post she shared on her Instagram on Saturday.
"I will hold you deep in my heart every day, an amazing, charming and loving person. I miss you every second, every day, forever. There will never be another."

Peter Ferreiro, the host of the "Beverly Hills 90210" podcast, responded to Colmenars' post and wrote, among other things: "David was a kind-hearted person; one I wish I could talk to more. He was full of life and amazing stories. I am grateful for the privilege of knowing him... He was a gift to all of us," he wrote and shared Gail's memories and photos on the podcast's Instagram page as well, including ones taken from an episode he took part in.

Gale was born in 1965 in Tampa, Florida.
His first television role was in 1990 in the series "Grow up and Overcome", after which he starred in a long series of television roles in the late 90s.
His most significant role was that of Doctor Joe Scanlon in the successful soap opera "Fort Charles" (the spin-off series of the soap opera "General Hospital"), a role he played for 216 episodes between 1999 and 2000. His other roles included In series such as "Savannah", "Dougie Hauser" and "Murder with a Pen Pull".

Gale appeared, as mentioned, in the successful series "Beverly Hills 90210" in which he played two different roles.
First in a minor role in 1991 as a hotel baggage boy in the first season and in the fourth season he was cast in a more significant role as Stewart Carson, Brenda Walsh's (Shannon Doherty) fiancé.
In cinema, he took part in films such as "Bending All the Rules" and "Perfect Opposites".
His last role on screen was in the horror film "The Belly Of The Beach" from 2008. He also took part in the video game "Blacksad: Under The Skin" from 2019.
